How many days before can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours (1 day) prior to your scheduled tour for a full refund. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before your tour may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Do I need to apply for Visa separately for tour booking?
No, you do not need to apply for a separate visa for your tuk-tuk tour booking with Zoom Tours. As a Sri Lankan citizen or a tourist with a valid visa, you are eligible to participate in our tours.
Please ensure that your visa allows for the duration of your stay and includes tourism activities. If you have any questions about your visa requirements, we recommend contacting the relevant Sri Lankan embassy or consulate.

Are meals and accommodation included in tour package?
Meals are included in all of our tours except for the City Tour Only. The number of meals provided will depend on the specific tour you choose. Please refer to our tour packages for more details.
Accommodation is not included in any of our tours. We can assist you with booking accommodations if needed. Please let us know your preferences, and we will provide recommendations based on your budget and desired location.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
Card Payment: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Online Transactions: You can securely pay for your tour online using our website.
Cash Payments: You can also pay in cash upon arrival for your tour.
Please note that certain payment methods may incur additional fees or have specific terms and conditions. We recommend checking with your bank or payment provider for more information.

Is there a limit in the number of passengers per tuk tuk?
Our standard tuk-tuk vehicles can comfortably accommodate up to 2 adult passengers and 1 child. However, we have a fleet of tuk-tuks available to accommodate larger groups of up to 10 passengers.
If you have a group larger than 2, please let us know in advance so we can arrange the appropriate number of tuk-tuks for your tour.
