You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours (1 day) prior to your scheduled tour for a full refund. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

No, you do not need to apply for a separate visa for your tuk-tuk tour booking with Zoom Tours. As a Sri Lankan citizen or a tourist with a valid visa, you are eligible to participate in our tours.

Meals are included in all of our tours except for the City Tour Only. The number of meals provided will depend on the specific tour you choose. Please refer to our tour packages for more details.

Our standard tuk-tuk vehicles can comfortably accommodate up to 2 adult passengers and 1 child. However, we have a fleet of tuk-tuks available to accommodate larger groups of up to 10 passengers.

If you have a group larger than 2, please let us know in advance so we can arrange the appropriate number of tuk-tuks for your tour.
