Refund Policy

At Zoom Tours, we are committed to providing our guests with authentic and enjoyable experiences. If you are not completely satisfied with your booking, we are here to help.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

  • In certain cases, rescheduling may be offered based on availability and operational feasibility.

Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • We do not refund transaction processing charges, if any, paid to third-party providers.

  • Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Services

Please note, the following are non-refundable:

  • Custom or private tour packages once confirmed

  • Gift vouchers or promotional offers

  • Tours that include time-sensitive arrangements (e.g., event-based experiences)

Changes to Bookings

  • Any requests to change the date or time of a booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Changes are subject to availability and confirmation by Zoom Tours.

Refunds for Delays or Service Issues

In the rare event that your experience was disrupted due to unforeseen operational issues, we will review the situation case by case and may offer:

  • A full or partial refund

  • A complimentary rebooking or credit toward a future experience
